I've had the pleasure of working with Pawel and Marcin over the course of many years. Now, in the cooperation with Xelerit we again experience their competence in supplying us with a flexible extension of our core development team. We have been working with Xelerit for almost 4 years. Beforehand, we used the software from another vendor to generate question sets and conduct certification exams for organizations like ISTQB®, IREB® and TMMi®. The architectural limitations and old technology of the previous solution meant that we had to look for a replacement that would give us more confidence and flexibility and that would also allow us to handle more and more of our operations within a single tool. At this point, Xelerit came in and was able to take on the not-so-easy task of writing the entire system from scratch. In addition to the software, especially important to me was its delivery model, and here we jointly chose the Azure cloud and CI/CD model optimized for us and our customers. After the first two big milestones were delivered, the system turned out to be so well designed that we started thinking about new areas of development. We decided to embrace Agile/Kanban as our project management methodology. This, combined with regular releases, allowed us to meet ever-changing business needs dynamically. Specifically, we were able to easily adapt to covid-induced market changes without compromising the quality of our solution. In addition to our core business model, our organization is equally focused on optimization. Working with Xelerit has allowed us to find good solutions in this field as well. Finally, I left something that is certainly no less important than Xelerit's competence. It is the people and their commitment. Therefore, it is with pleasure that I can recommend cooperation with the Xelerit team.

We've worked with Xelerit over a few months on moving all our website and related pages from WordPress and other systems to a headless CMS solution. The challenge included supporting multiple instances while we iteratively released new assets, implementing a new design system based on consistent components, speeding up performance and setting new infrastructure from scratch. We are really happy with the results and how the team works – very engaged, with a high level of self-coordination, regularly providing insights and recommendations not only for the technical aspects but design and overall structure as well. Collaboration with our internal teams was smooth, incl. Product Managers, UI Designers, Marketing, Business Intelligence and Engineering. We continue working with Xelerit on our current and upcoming projects.
